- Stable cloud transfer and reconstruction of various types of aging systems are required.
- VPN interworking configuration for stable system transfer and interworking with existing internal systems (Legacy) is required.
- Solution upgrades (Oracle, EIS, CMS) are required according to the reinstallation configuration of old equipment and solutions.
- We performed pre-validation with a PoC to review existing system cloud transitions.
- We supported smooth data communication between AWS and On-Premise through existing VPN interworking between IDC – AWS.
- We reviewed and planned service updates through detailed analysis/interviews for each individual solution.
Increasing reliability/continuity by converting older systems to AWS
Up to 40% savings over new deployments
Establishing a foundation for enterprise-wide cloud deployment through cloud deployment process and effectiveness verification

Reducing initial investment costs and establishing an integrated operation management system by establishing AWS infrastructure of the Terminal Operating System (TOS)
#SEBANG_Corp.+Dongbu_Express, #Operating_The_North_Port_Central_Pier, #Container, #Bulk_Cargo_Handling, #Multi-purpose_Terminal, #The_Only_Bulk_Handling_In_Newport
- A company founded by Sebang Corp. and Dongbu Express, domestic logistics companies, to operate the North Port Central Pier
- A multipurpose terminal that can handle a variety of types of fire, including containers, bulk, automobiles, and miscellaneous goods
- Busan Newport’s only bulk handling pier with total logistics functions such as unloading, storage, CFS, and transportation
- Need to build a Terminal Operating System (TOS) system and provide services for small and medium-sized terminals
- Need to build and develop infrastructure within 3 weeks due to project delivery deadline
- Lack of initial investment budget and need to provide services based on usage fees
- Utilizing the Amazon cloud, we provided the infrastructure needed to build a Terminal Operating System (TOS).
- In order to meet the tight delivery date, we completed the rapid infrastructure configuration and development configuration and switched to the operating system.
- Using the cloud, we minimized the initial investment cost and established a continuous operation/management support system.
Delivering rapid infrastructure configuration in the cloud to meet delivery dates
Reducing IT system operational management costs by 40 million won per year
Reducing initial investment costs and minimizing operational/infrastructure management costs
SINOKOR
Conducting PoC to improve invoice and bulk communication operations using AI/machine learning
#Sinokor, #Improving_Work_Efficiency_With_AI/ML, #Invoice, #OCR, #Searching/classifying_Screening_Invoices, #Bulk_Communications, #PoC
- Invoices related to ship operation and repair are received in large quantities every month, and classification and analysis of them were performed manually.
- Shipper/operation information for Cargo and Vessel related to irregular ship operation is received by mail, but there were difficulties in classification and management.
- The difficulties of large amounts of human resources and manual classification had to be automated or improved using AI/ML.
- Task 1. Extracting necessary information by using OCR in the Invoice PDF document for ship operation/management

- Task 2. Using AI/ML to classify cargo/ship-related shipper/operation information received from outside and extracting and utilizing necessary information from mail data
